Introduction to the culinary autumn with the Taste Radolca chefs at the Vegerila Farm.
We will enter the Culinary autumn with special lunch at "the farm", where the best radovljica chefs (from Taste Radolca restaurants) will prepare a menu of selected ingredients from the guest farmer. The Vegerila Farm, where Tilen Praprotnik grows vegetables organically and raises sheep, is also one of the suppliers of the Taste Radol'ca restaurants. Before the culinary experience at the Vegerila farm, we will stop for a visit to the Brinšek organic farm in Vrbnje.
The 4-hour culinary programme includes:
Programme, Saturday, 7 October:
Meeting point: Lesce airport at 12 noon.
12.00: transfer to Brinšek Farm, where there will be a short tour and tasting.
14.00: lunch at Vegerila farm in Hraše
Planned return at 5pm
