Opening Dinner with Taste Radol'ca

This year, we'll launch the Month of Local Menus with a unique dinner at Restaurant Šobec. 

Join us for the opening dinner of Taste Radol'ca Month, a celebration of local cuisine, set in the charming ambiance of Restaurant Šobec at Lesce (Camping Šobec). This special event will feature seven master chefs from Taste Radol'ca restaurants, each showcasing their culinary skills and creativity.

COLD STARTER

Rainbow trout smoked in apple peel

Served with kefir sauce, baby spinach oil,

pickled radish, cucumber, horseradish granita and trout caviar
