Information about rapid and PCR tests

Locations offering rapid antigen tests and payable PCR tests:


  • Rapid antigen tests: these tests are available to all – both Slovenian citizens as well as non-Slovenian citizens – at the Radovljica Medical Centre according to the timetable published on the website of the Radovljica Medical Centre. In July and August tests are carried out every Monday and Friday from 8am to 10am, and on Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm.
    It is not necessary to make an appointment for testing at the Radovljica Medical Centre. Ensure you bring a form of personal identification, and you will receive a written confirmation. Tests are free of charge for those that have a Slovenian or European health insurance card. For those that do not have one of the aforementioned cards, tests cost €24. Testing takes place via a 'drive-in' system, i.e. in your vehicle.
  • The closest location where payable PCR tests are carried out is at the Bled Medical Centre and at the Fabjan Clinic in Šenčur (daily from 6am to 8am and from 7pm to 9pm).
