Three of the country's most talented chefs will use Slovenian chocolate to cook up the opening dinner of this year's 8th Radovljica Chocolate Festival.
Every festival deserves a premiere!
This time chef Uroš Štefelin has invited chef Igor Jagodic from the restaurant Strelec in Ljubljana, and chef Jorg Zupan from the restaurant Atelje – also in Ljubljana. Together they will cook up the premiere opening dinner for this year's Radovljica Chocolate Festival. The three chefs will use 20chocolate - a Slovenian brand of chocolate – to create this unique dinner.
They will prepare dishes from the Gorenjska and Ljubljana region. Some will be subtly flavoured with chocolate while others will be unashamedly chocolately!
