Fishing in Radovljica's Surroundings

Fishing for lovers of wild and unspoilt nature.

Fishing in the Sava river begins as early as 1st March. The waters of the Sava Bohinjka and Sava Dolinka, whose currents merge into the Sava river in Lancovo, are home to a variety of species of fish.

 

The waters are rich with brown trout, rainbow trout and grayling.

 

In addition to the Sava river, fishing is also possible in the Lipnica stream and the Vošče pond.

 

The waters managed by the Radovljica Fishing Club are divided into four districts

 

  • District A: The Sava river from the Cajhen bridge to Rakovnik
              Types of fish: bleak, grayling, brown trout, huchen, rainbow trout, pike
