Exploring Karst caves on the Jelovica plateau accompanied by an experienced guide offers an experience full of the hidden wealths of nature.

A wealth of Karst caves are hidden beneath the vast forests on the Jelovica plateau. These caves are not as vast or overrun with tourists as those in the southwest of Slovenia. However, exploring them accompanied by an experienced guide offers a genuine experience of pristine nature.

 

Availability: daily, time by arrangement
Duration: 3-4 hours
Minimum number of participants: 2
Starting point: by arrangement upon reservation
Languages: Slovenian, English
Price: from 60 EUR per person; price includes hire of equipment (caving belt, helment, headlamp, protective clothing), guiding and transport to/from the cave.
