Vegerila farm Open day

VEGERILA IS AN ECOLOGICAL FARM, which has its own fields in the surroundings of Hraše village. It is run by Tilen Praprotnik, who has been gardening for about 30 years, initially as an amateur, which eventually turned into farming.

Today, Tilen Praprotnik cultivates six hectares of land spread over three locations around Hraše village. He grows 60 different types of organic vegetables, which can be ordered from Tilen Praprotnik during the season through weekly vegetable boxes, bought through the Ajdna Cooperative or picked up in the Dobra misel shop (Železniška ulica 5, Lesce).

In addition to vegetables, Vegerila's fields are also home to sheep and chickens.
