Josipina Hočevar (1824-1911) was a Slovenian entrepreneur and benefactress who was born in Radovljica. The monument, which was erected exactly 110 years ago in Linhart Square in return for her work, is one of the few such dedicated to benefactors.
We will meet by the vine in the garden of Kunstelj Inn, to where 'Josipina' will arrive by horse and carriage. We will raise a toast to her and then walk to her birth house. On the 110th anniversary of the erection of the monument, a ceremony with a musical-theatrical performance will take place in her honour.
