The Sara I and Sara II holiday houses are located on the edge of the village of Zgornja Lipnica surrounded by countryside. As part of the homestead there is accommodation for five people, with the possibility of additional beds.
There are horses grazing in front of the houses, whilst it is just a short walk to Lipnica Castle and the village of Kamna Gorica. Guests are also able to meet the horses and learn about working with them.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a dining room and a bathroom, whilst on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with one double and one single bed. The total indoors area is 80 m2, whilst outside there is a terrace with a dining table and a garden with a barbecue.
