The event begins at the Church of the Holy Trinity, which stands on a small hill directly above the village, with a short concert by the local choir. The choir then walks through the old village centre accompanied by locals with torches and lanterns.
The journey ends beneath the linden tree in the village square, where the evening ends with pleasant socialising.
