Itinerary:


MUSEUM OF APICULTURE

  • Welcome and overview of the programme by a professional guide
  • Reception in the Museum of Apiculture with honey liqueur and tasting of bee products, viewing of the museum

 
PHARMACY AND ALCHEMY MUSEUM

  • Cold herb starter prepared by chef Uroš Štefelin (Michelin Star and Green Star for Sustainability), glass of wine, viewing of the museum

   
 GOSTILNA LECTAR AND HONEYBREAD WORKSHOP

  • Viewing of the Lectar honeybread heart workshop, soup made according to Gostilna Lectar’s recipe dating back to 1822 when the restaurant opened

 
HIŠA LINHART (chef Uroš Štefelin)

  • Main course will be served by the team at Hiša Linart (chef Uroš Štefelin, Michelin Star) in the renovated 300-year-old building, glass of wine to pair with the dish


RADOLŠKA ČOKOLADA CHOCOLATIER

  • Participants make their own chocolate dessert at the Radolška čokolada chocolatier
  • Tasting a drink that best pairs with chocolate
