What is Hop-On Hop-Off Bus?

Price of a daily bus ticket: €8

Children up to the age of 10: Free

The price of the bus ticket does not include entrance fees to the museums and workshops. The tickets are purchased on the bus.

BEGUNJE NA GORENJSKEM (Kamen Castle)

The former castle of the Counts of Lamberg

BREZJE PRI TRŽIČU

The starting point for trails to mountain pastures.

  • Hiking trails: Bistriška planina mountain pasture (easy forest trail, 1 hour), Dobrča (easy hiking trail, 3h)

 

TRŽIČ

An old craft town with a preserved centre and interactive museum.

  • Old town centre including Kurnik's House and other attractions
    free guided tour every Friday at 10.45am
    Meeting point: iron dragon near Bus stop
  • Tržic Museum (shoemaking, leather and skiing collections), entrance fee from €2
  • Mebron Foundry
    guided tour every Friday at 12noon, entrance fee €3.50

A picturesque valley with an exceptional geological wealth

At the entrance to the Draga valley, standing atop a rocky promontory, are the picturesque ruins of a castle of the Counts of Lambergh.

The Rosary Bead Trail (Rožnovenska pot) near the village Hudo
Across fields and through forests from Brezje and back

This circular trail, in the shape of a rosary bead, leads along old pilgrimage paths and connects the renowned village of Brezje and its basilica, with the lesser-known hamlet of Brezje pri Tržiču.
