12.06.2018 08:31

The Radovljica Festival, which will be held this year for the 36th time, will take place from 4th to 21st August. The programme is now available.

This year's festival features 10 concerts and 47 performers from Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, Great Britain and Slovenia. The repertoire ranges from new versions of music from the 10th century to Max Reger. Five programmes and ensembles have been created especially for the festival, three of which are dedicated to Slovenia's Renaissance, Baroque and Classicism musical heritage. The concerts will take place in Radovljica Manor, in St. Peter's Church and in the Church of the Annunciation in Velesovo.

Tickets for all concerts are also available at the Radovljica Tourist Information Centre.

For the 12th year in a row, the festival programme has been designed by the festival's creative director, Domen Marinčič. It is organised by the Radovljica Early Music Society, whose president is Marija Kolar.
